A Cape in Summer

I couldn't imagine wearing a cape in the summers because of the heat. But, what if I told you that I actually enjoyed wearing two of them, and did not feel as hot as I thought I would. Cupiditee.com, an online store, has a range of capes, which are made of Khadi material and are extremely light, breezy, and perfect for the scorching summer heat. I bought two capes from them, and their service could not have been quicker. To show them off, I styled both in the same way except for the change in one accessory. They can of course be styled in multiple different ways, but since I did not want to take away the focus from the capes itself, I wore them with black trousers.

Some other ways you could style the capes are by wearing it over a basic dress, or contrast bottoms. If you want to style it in an indo-western way, you could always swap the basic earrings for big jumkas and wear juttis or kohlapuri chappals in your feet.

These capes in this particular material are quite versatile as you could also wear them in the spring or Indian winters, when it is not very cold, but you still need something cozy to warm up in.

I hope you'll enjoyed this blog.

Until next time.....STAY SASSY!
